Project Statement: The state of worker housing on farms is currently one of isolation, and poor social and physical conditions. Our goal is to turn these constraints into opportunities by developing a housing model which is mutually beneficial to the farmer and farm worker, which generates a sense of cultural pride and identity, and which supports opportunities for personal growth. We maintain that with the establishment of an attractive, social, physical and economical housing model, we can encourage widespread implementation of ethical worker housing.
